SPECIAL ORDER
1. What is a special order?
Special order is an order for an item specially requested by a customer such as:
Special shape(diamond, round, triangle, buno, trapezoid etc.)
Special size(thickness, length, width etc.)
Special wood species(red oak, white oak, maple etc.)
Special wood grade(S&B, Select, country etc.)
2. How to make a special order?
If shape are Rectangle, Square, Cuboid, please offer all the measurements;
Other shape, please offer a template can show your request: such as: Diamond, triangle, Half round, Pie, Trapezoid, Oval, etc.
Lead time: 3 to 5 business days to manufacture the special orders.
3. Special order is FINAL SALE.
Special order is based on customer’s special request, as long as special order processed, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
QUANTITY CUSTOM ORDER
Special orders for retail shops have specific requirements for materials and are not sold on our website. The minimum order quantity for these is as follows:
Stair tread: 100pcs
Handrail: 100pcs (6’ ~ 15′)
Post: 40pcs
Wood Baluster: 1000pcs
Iron Baluster: 1000pcs
Vent (Flush mount): 500pcs
For any other material or item requests please contact us. Additionally, for special orders we require full payment in front and a 50% deposit for quantity order. As well, as special orders are made specifically according to a customer’s request, so long as the order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
